Body Essentials (BE) 6 Week Fitness Jump Start for those New to Or Returning to Exercise!

BEfit: 2 Group Sessions Per Week. You can choose from four time slots - You will learn & be appropriately challenged in workouts that will increase your confidence and efficacy arose no making exercise part of your life year round!

BEwell: All of BE's programs assist clients in breaking thru barriers that prevent you from sticking with exercise & healthy habits - You will strategize with your coach on areas of need each week

BEfull: Nutrition is a critical part of transforming your body & mind for the long-term - You will learn how to feed yourself great food at regular intervals and in proportions that work for you!

BEinspired: Taking 6 weeks for yourself (perhaps with a friend) will help you get on track, feel energized and confident while implementing the BEway in a manner that you can sustain as long as YOU want to!

Days/Times: Monday's/Wednesday's @ 4PM; Tuesday's/Thursday's @ 12:05PM
*No Session Thursday, November 23rd-Thanksgiving
