Has your summer been full of BBQ's, Beaches, & lacking in Exercise? Has all this left you bloated, needing a nutritional, exercise and overall reset? With summer winding down, Body Essentials in Rutland is thrilled to announce our FALL FITNESS KICKSTART!

We want to help YOU reset and transform your body so you not only like but LOVE how you feel this fall! This program will be very hands-on with unique training and nutrition/lifestyle coaching to change habits. It's designed to transform your body fast, so check yourself for the following qualities before inquiring:

  • Positive attitude
  • Looking to get into better shape 
  • Want to increase strength, reduce fat, and improve overall fitness performance
  • Can dedicate 45 minutes 2 times per week to exercise in our facility
  • Are willing to listen, apply our coaching to change your body and outlook on effective fitness & nutrition
  • Don't mind getting sweaty and working hard!
  • Willing to invest in them.

Because of the limited space, we are requesting only serious inquiries and applications.

Dates: Tuesday, September 5th - Thursday, October 5th

Training Sessions:

  • Tuesday’s: 6 PM - 6:45 PM
  • Thursday’s: 5:15 PM - 6 PM

Cost: $207

Format:

A pre-program consultation and assessment will take place with each participant individually to take measurements and establish nutrition & lifestyle plans. A post program assessment for final results will also take place with each individual. Unlimited email support will be available and weekly e-mails will be sent to further support your workouts and nutrition.
