Jessica Lalumiere

Our newest member of the Body Essentials team, Jessica began her life of fitness at the early age of two with gymnastics and from there she progressed on to other sports including skiing, basketball, tennis, soccer, and Karate. In her adult life, Jessica furthered hit fitness acumen and passion through extensive yoga practice and completing the P90X fitness program. She also enjoys hiking and playing with her 3-year-old son.

As a coach Jessica likes to help people understand the basics of general nutrition and exercise as she sees these components of life as preventative measures to ensure a healthy lifestyle. She likes to enable “busy” people to be able to live a healthy lifestyle no matter what their schedules. Jessica also has a strong passion for nutrition and believes food is medicine. She loves to cook, especially meals that are not only nutritious but also delicious.
